By Value, we mean the external factors that drive people (customers and prospects) from the outside to buy your products or services.  

By Values, we mean the internal factors that drive behavior of people inside the organization (employees, stakeholders and suppliers), who must deliver on the promise of Value.

These are the things successful products and services must promise.  They represent the core reasons people buy things, whether for business or personal use

Once Value is identified, Organizations deliver on that promise by believing in, and practicing, a series of internal Values
-Trust (vs. suspicion)
-Generosity (vs. greed) 
-Respect (vs. rudeness)
-Substance (vs. style)
-Details (vs. disorganization)
-Boldness (vs. timidity)

Without a solution that delivers both Value and Values, success is difficult to sustain.
